Marshall Pinder was founded by John
Tweedy and Howard Farmer both of whom have already built successful
property businesses in the UK and France. Establishing a presence in
the Spanish property market was a logical step in the growth of the
business.
Our Objective
Our objective is simple: to
maximise
your chance of buying the right property by ensuring that you
become a much more informed buyer.
What we are (and what we’re not!)
Marshall Pinder are Independent Property Advisors - not
estate agents. By maintaining our commercial independence, we choose
which properties, agents and developers to work with. Our role is
two-fold:
1. Providing UK based exposure for
some of the better properties available in the exclusive northern
Costa Blanca. This way, our Spanish estate agent partners reach a
far wider audience than can be reached by their local marketing.
2. To maximise your chances of
finding the right property. We listen carefully to your
requirements and we undertake the time consuming search work on your
behalf, thus ensuring that by the time you arrive in Spain, your
viewing trip can be spent in the most effective manner.
Remember, We
will compile your viewing schedule from a far wider range of
properties than listed with any one local agent.
We choose to specialise
By specialising in a very unspoilt region of Spain, Marshall
Pinder will sell no more than a handful of properties every
month. However we work methodically and with modest overheads. We
don’t organise week-end ‘property exhibitions’ in hotel rooms across
the UK nor do we fly in bus-loads of prospective buyers for
pressurised sales inspection trips. This doesn’t mean we don’t work
hard on your behalf! You’ll see this from the quality of the viewing
itinerary which we will arrange for you.
Our Clients
Ironically, some of our most satisfied clients will be those who
come to Marshall Pinder after having already been on a
previous viewing trip arranged directly with local agents or
developers in Spain. Sadly, many buyers discover that these trips
simply don’t provide access to a sufficiently varied range of
properties and in some cases their memories of such trips are of new
developments so densely packed that mealtime conversations can be
overheard in neighbouring properties…

you.
The most common request
The most common request we receive is for properties which
combine a sense of character with a feeling of space and which also
offer potential for healthy capital growth and rental income.

We and our network of local agents can provide answers to the

We’re choosy
Whenever possible, we present the types of houses which we
ourselves would consider purchasing. In other words, properties
which meet our own fairly demanding purchase criteria.
We ask only one thing of you...
Unlike individual
agents or developers providing ‘inspection trips’ we do not insist
on exclusivity. You are free to visit as many different agents as
you wish. However, don’t forget that different local agents will
often list the same property at different prices! To ensure your
time is spent in the most effective manner possible we just
ask that you start with us as we will compile your viewing
schedule from a wider range of properties than listed with any one
local agent . This way your time isn’t wasted with duplicate
viewings through several different agents. We hope you understand
the need for this.
